Kwara State House of Assembly has confirmed five Commissioner Nominees forwarded to the legislative arm by Governor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq. Speaker of the House, Yakubu Danladi-Salihu, directed the Clerk to the House to communicate the confirmation to the State Governor. The confirmed Commissioners include, Afeez Alabi, Afolabi Adenike, Wahab Agbaje, among others.

Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, has pledged that his administration would continue to support financial autonomy for the Judiciary in the State. Lagos State Head of Service, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, has urged workers to work towards the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Muri-Okunola made this call in a statement issued to newsmen in Ikeja. The statement noted that the State will focus on the role of the Public Institutions and the Public Servants in building back from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, has called on the Federal Government to support the call for the establishment of State Police. Akeredolu made the call at the maiden edition of 2022 Law Week of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ondo Branch.
