Former Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly, Godfrey Dikeocha, has called on the upper and lower legislative Chambers of the National Assembly to enact a law to compulsorily deposit details of contracts awards above N50 million with anti-graft agencies in Nigeria.

Dikeocha stated this during an event on Tuesday in Abuja.

The Former Speaker noted that all contract awards above N50 million by each of the three tiers of government should have their files deposited with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC and other security agencies for proper tracking.
