Lagos government advises workers on SDGs

Lagos State Head of Service, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, has urged workers to work towards the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

Muri-Okunola made this call in a statement issued to newsmen in Ikeja.

The statement noted that the State will focus on the role of the Public Institutions and the Public Servants in building back from the COVID-19 pandemic.

INEC debunks operating polling units in Niger Republic

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has debunked rumors that the Commission is operating Polling Units in Niger Republic. Chairman of the Commission Mahmood Yakubu maintained that the constitution does not allow the conduct of elections outside Nigeria’s territory.
