Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, has commended the Chief of Army Staff, Farouk Yahaya for the choice of the State to mark this year’s Edition of the Army Day Celebration.
Uzodinma gave the commendation while speaking at a lecture to commemorate the event in Owerri, the State Capital.
Speaking further, he assures of government collaboration with all Security Agencies.
The Governor, however, harps on the need to be united.
Botswana has gone top of Group C at the ongoing 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. This follows their 4-2 victory over fellow debutants Burundi on Monday. South Africa is in second place after they defeated Nigeria’s Super Falcons 2-1. Both Teams would be back in action on Thursday with Botswana facing Nigeria, while South Africa will battle Burundi. 12PM
