Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison has admitted defeat in National elections which took place on Saturday. According to Morrison, he is stepping down as Leader of his conservative Liberal Party. President Umaro Sissoco Embalo has dissolved Guinea-Bissau’s parliament and said early parliamentary elections would be held this year to resolve a long-running political crisis. A statement issued by Embalo cited persistent and unresolvable differences with parliament.
