Veteran Nollywood Actor Reported Dead

Nollywood Actor, David Osagie, has been reported dead. Nollywood actress, Ngozi Ezeh, who confirmed his death on Wednesday, said the actor slept and did not wake up. Ezeh said Osagie died hours after filming on a movie set. The actor was known for playing the role of a king in many movies.

Telecoms to increase price of Calls and SMS

Reports say telecommunication companies are proposing a 40 per cent increase in the cost of calls, SMS, and data. This was contained in a letter written by telecommunications companies under the aegis of the Association of Licensed Telecommunication Operators of Nigeria. According to the letter, the price of calls will increase from N6.4 to N8.95 while the price of SMS will increase from N4 to N5.61.

Bosnia’s electoral commission has announced a date for the country’s presidential and parliamentary elections. The Central Election Commission revealed that the elections will hold on October 2. The announcement came despite the failure of rival ethnic leaders to agree on electoral reforms and the lack of funding for the vote.
