Bello Approves Appointment of New Permanent Secretaries

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has approved the appointment of seven new Permanent Secretaries in the State. State Head of Service, Hannah Odiyo, disclosed this in a statement issued on Monday. According to the statement, the appointed Permanent Secretaries will fill some of the vacancies that existed in the State Civil Service. Oyo Government Sanctions Head Teachers

Oyo State Government has sanctioned some Head Teachers for collecting illegal fees. State Chairman of Universal Basic Education Board, Nureni Adeniran, who gave the sanction on Monday, disclosed that the Teachers were found culpable in the illegal collection. According to figures from the National Bureau of Statistics revealed the value of total trade in agricultural goods in Q1, 2022 stood at N644.94bn of which exports were valued at N201.59bn in Q1, 2022.
