The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has decried the low collection of Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs in Rivers State.

INEC National Commissioner in Charge of the State, May Agbamuche, made the observation while briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt, the State Capital.

Agbamuche noted that out of 54,945 PVCs that have been received, only 10,373 have been collected in the State.

The Commissioner, therefore, called on residents of the State to come forward to collect their PVCs.
