The National Examinations Council, NECO, has said some State governments are owing it the sum of over N2 billion. NECO Registrar, Dantani Wushishi, disclosed this while addressing newsmen in Minna, Niger State. According to Wushishi, the States were indebted to the Council from 2012 till date.
