The Interim Management Committee has fixed December 1 as kick-off date for the 2022/23 Nigeria Professional Football League season. The Nigerian Meteorological Agency has warned of possible bird strike incidents, flight delays, and cancellations as the dry season begins in most parts of the country. Director-General of NiMET, Mansur Matazu, disclosed this in its forecast circular and made available to newsmen.
