Imo Lawmakers Withdraw Suit Against House

The suspended lawmakers of Imo State House of Assembly have withdrawn the suit challenging their suspension by the House. Confirming the withdrawal, a member of the legal team, Kelechi Onyegbule, said the lawmakers heeded to wise counsel. Onyegbule noted that the lawmakers have resorted to seek political solution to the matter. The seven lawmakers were suspended three months ago on the grounds of parliamentary misconduct.
