Pop star Dua Lipa has been granted Albanian citizenship. The star, who was born in London in 1995 to Kosovan-Albanian parents, was honored for promoting the country through her music and fame. Albanian president Bajram Begaj said Lipa had made the country proud with her global career and engagement in important social causes.
Burna Boy’s second collaboration with Jorja Smith, ‘be honest’ has received a Diamond certification in France. According to a music chart platform, 'Be Honest' is eligible for diamond certification in France after selling over 250,000 units. The single was released in August 2019 following 'Gum Body' in his 'African Giant' album. The song is Burna Boy's second certification in France after his international hit single 'On the Low' went Diamond.

Reports say popular gospel singer, Sammie Okposo, is dead. Okposo’s project manager, Hillary Vincent, who confirmed the news, said the singer died on Friday morning. Vincent, however, declined further comments on the singer’s demise as he did not disclose the cause of the death.
The world's longest-running play, The Mousetrap, which marks its 70th anniversary today, is to open on Broadway for the first time next year. Agatha Christie's whodunit premiered in London's West End on 25 November 1952, and the writer initially thought it might run for only eight months. But it has since become a West End fixture, being performed almost 29,000 times and seen by 10 million people.
Adidas has launched an investigation into reports that rapper Kanye West created a toxic environment when he was working with the brand. Rolling Stone reported claims from some workers on the Yeezy collaboration, saying he showed them explicit pictures and videos as part of bullying tactics. Adidas said it did not yet know whether the allegations have any merit.
