The apex Igbo socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo has revealed plans to meet with Arewa and Northern youths. Secretary-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Okechukwu Isiguzoro, stated that the meeting is aimed at mobilizing, re-orienting, and sensitizing Nigerian youths ahead of the presidential elections. Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to ensure that every vote counts in the forthcoming election. Makinde charged the electoral umpire to ensure that votes counted and announced results reflect the true decision of Nigerians. The Governor, however, implored citizens to go collect their PVCs to enable them vote in the election.
