Nigerian States Generate N1.89trillion in 2021

Reports say the thirty-six states of the federation, including the federal capital territory, recorded cumulative internally generated revenue of N1.89 trillion in 2021. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, this represents an increase of 21.5% compared to N1.56 trillion recorded in the previous year. The total Internally generated revenue, recorded by the states rose beyond pre-pandemic levels after it dipped in 2020 due to the lockdown.

Lagos Government Raises Awareness on Reduction of Burning Fuel Fossil

Lagos State Government has raised awareness on the need to have cleaner air through the reduction of the burning of fossil fuels. The General Manager of the State Environmental Protection Agency, Dolapo Fasawe, stated this during the ‘Sanwo Switch to Gas’ imitative in the State.
