NBA Distances Judiciary from Corruption

The Nigeria Bar Association, NBA, has distanced the judiciary from any perception of corruption.

NBA President, Yakubu Maikyau, enjoined lawyers to disabuse any negative perception to enable the country and the world get the true situation of the Nigerian judiciary.

Maikyau noted that lawyers have an important role in building a society where justice reigns in order to enjoy their professional calling.

He further, charged lawyers to speak up and not to compromise in their line of duty.
