Germany to Relax Immigration Laws

Germany's government has agreed to relax its immigration laws. Interior Minister Nancy Faeser said the reforms would create the most modern law on immigration in Europe. This is also aimed at attracting skilled workers to its jobs market. Germany suffers from an ageing workforce and a lack of workers in construction, health and IT. Labour Minister Hubertus Heil said seven million skilled workers would be needed by 2035.

Brazil Football Legend Hospitalized Over Swollen Body

Reports say Brazil legend, Pele, has been hospitalized with swelling all over his body. According to reports, he was taken to hospital on an unscheduled visit, by his wife, Marcia Aokoi. His health deteriorated as he was diagnosed with general swelling, general edema and a decompensated heart failure. The football legend is set to undergo a series of tests for a further assessment of his health conditions.
