Spain Donates Vaccines To Nigeria

The Spanish government has donated 4.4 million Johnson & Johnson vaccines to Nigeria.
Spanish ambassador to Nigeria, Juan Sell, said the donation was in line with its unconditional defence of fair, equitable, and universal access to vaccines against COVID-19.

Sell noted that it was important to reach every citizen and corner of the world, including the most remote areas with the vaccines.
In attendance at the handover event, was the Executive Director of the Agency, Faisal Shuaib, the Ambassadors of Spain, Greece, Sweden, and Austria; among others.
