EFCC Secures 3,440 Convictions in 2022

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has said it secured 3,440 convictions on financial and cyber crimes across the country from January to November 2022.

Chairman of the EFCC, Abdulrashid Bawa, disclosed this while delivering a goodwill message at the opening of a workshop on Financial Crimes Reporting organised by the commission.

Bawa also stated that the commission will work to ensure the enforcement of the Electoral Act in the 2023 general elections.
