Buhari Inaugurates Rural Electricity Projects in Kogi

President Muhammadu Buhari has inaugurated rural electricity projects in Kogi East and West senatorial districts of the state.

Buhari, who was represented by the FCT Minister of State, Ramatu Aliyu, stated that the provision of affordable electricity access, would improve the standard of living of the rural populace.

The President revealed that the strategy of his administration was to provide electricity access through the implementation of grid extension projects in locations with high proximity to national grid and implementation of renewable energy.
