Former minister of aviation in the first republic Mbazulike Amaechi, is dead.

According to a press release by the family, the Nationalist and First Republic Minister of Aviation of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, died on Tuesday aged 93.

Amaechi was known for his interventions for Igbo land.
