EFCC Partner Nigerian Army in Tackling Terrorism Financing

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and the Nigerian Army have agreed to tackle terrorism financing.

Chairman of the Commission, Abdulrasheed Barwa, who was represented by the Kaduna Zonal Commander, Harry Erin, revealed this while addressing officers of the Nigerian Army School of Artillery in Kachia, Kaduna State.

Barwa expressed readiness of the Commission to partner with the Army on intelligence sharing and capacity building.

The EFCC boss urged the military and other security agencies to block the source of funding of terrorists and identify their sponsors.
