NDLEA Arrests Pastor with Hard Drugs

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has arrested a Pastor identified as Anietie Effiong, with three drums of crystal methamphetamine, locally called Mkpuru Mmiri.

Director, Media and Advocacy of NDLEA, Femi Babafemi, confirmed the arrest in a statement issued on Sunday.

According to the statement, the consignment was intercepted during a stop and search operation along Umuahia-Ikot Ekpene highway.

It commended the Officers of the Command in Akwa Ibom State for their recent feats.
