Delta Police Rescues Kidnapped Victim

Delta State Police Command have foiled a kidnap operation and rescued a victim in the Sapele area of the State.

State Public Relations Officer, Bright Edafe, while confirming the incident, said exhibits recovered from the scene included one locally-made shotgun, an operational vehicle suspected to have been stolen, among others.

APC Appoints Uzodinma as Sout East Campaign Leader

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma has been appointed to head the All Progressives Congress, APC Presidential Campaign in South East. The appointment followed moves by the ruling Party to create Zonal Directorates for the Six Geopolitical Zones. According to the Party, the appointment was as a result of Uzodinma’s tenacity in ensuring that the Party wins all the elective positions in the Zone ahead of 2023 general elections.
