NDLEA Assures of Speedy Court Hearing on Kyari’s case

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has said the case against embattled Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, will not linger in Court.

NDLEA Chairman, Mohamed Marwa stated that the conviction of two other defendants in the case showed that the matter would be treated with urgency.

Marwa added that the NDLEA has the needed cooperation on the matter, noting that the Agency has full confidence in the Judiciary.

Recall that a Federal High Court in Abuja convicted and sentenced two co-defendants in a suit filed by the NDLEA against Kyari over an alleged drug deal to two years imprisonment.
