Immigration Dismisses Organ Donor’s Underage Claim

The Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, has refuted claims that the Service did not vet the documents in issuing a Nigerian passport to David Nwamini, who was allegedly trafficked to the United Kingdom for organ harvesting.

The Comptroller General of the NIS, Idris Jere, disclosed this while speaking to newsmen in Abuja.

Jere maintained that Nwamini is 21 according to his record.
