Court Remands Late Osinachi’s Husband to Prison

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has remanded Peter Nwachukwu, husband of late Gospel Singer, Osinachi in Kuje prison.

In his ruling, the presiding Judge, Ngozi Nwosu-Iheme ordered that Nwachukwu remain in custody until the conclusion of his trial.

Justice Nwosu-Iheme gave the order despite Nwachukwu pleading not guilty to the 23-count charge against him.

Recall that the Federal government had leveled charges bordering on domestic violence and homicide, among others, on Nwachukwu following the death of his wife.
