CBN debunks sack of Emefiele

The Central Banks of Nigeria, CBN has debunked reports that its Governor, Godwin Emefiele was sacked.

A statement issued by the Head of Corporate Communications of CBN, Osita Nwanisiobi disclosed that the purported sack was not true.

The statement urged the general public to disregard such report.

Don Jazzy hails Wizkid as ‘Overdose’ hits no. 1 in Nigeria

Popular Nigerian producer, Micheal Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has appreciated Wizkid and other fans as Mavin Record’s “Overdose” hits the no.1 spot on the Apple Music Nigeria chart. Sharing a screenshot from the chart on his Twitter page on Wednesday, Don Jazzy noted that being in the no. 1 spot was not an easy feat. He appreciated fans and hailed Wizkid for co-signing the song.
