PFN calls for dialogue over insecurity in South-East

The South-East Chapter of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, has expressed worries over the level of insecurity in the zone.

Speaking during a prayer rally in Enugu State, the National Vice-Chairman, South-East of the Christian Body, Maxwell Korie urged the Federal Government to invite the agitation groups to a dialogue table to negotiate what their issues and misgivings are.

Korie maintained that dialogue remained the only viable solution to the insecurity plaguing the country.

Ukraine wins Eurovision

A Ukrainian hip-hop group, Kalush Orchestra, on Sunday won the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 title in Turin, Italy. Ukranian President,  Volodymyr Zelensky who took to his Facebook page, thanked the group for winning the title for Ukraine. The President expressed his hope for the 2023 edition to be hosted in the country.
