Today is World Health Day

As the world marks this year’s Health Day, medical practitioners have advised Nigerians to take their health seriously.
Speaking on the theme of this year’s celebration, ‘Our planet, Our Health’, Anthony Fredrick, a medical doctor, states the general practices to improve one’s health.

Fredrick stresses the need for provision of primary health care.

On the role of the government towards health care services, an undergraduate, Kosiso Umeh has this to say.

World Health Day is marked annually on April 7.
