Tunisian Olympic Star Dies at 17

Tunisian Olympic sailor, Eya Guezguez has died at the age of 17. Reports say Guezguez died after a training accident in waters off the capital Tunis. She was the youngest Tunisian at last year's Tokyo Olympics and competed in the women's FX category with her twin sister Sarra. The Tunisian Olympic Committee has described her death as a tragedy in the sports scene.

Romelu Lukaku to be Absent in Champions League Quarter-Final

BENCIC wins WTA title

Switzerland's Olympic champion Belinda Bencic won the WTA Charleston title with a battling three-set win over Tunisia's Ons Jabeur. Bencic, won 6-1 5-7 6-4 in a match that lasted for two hours and 35 minutes. This is her sixth career WTA title and she is the first Swiss woman to win the event since Martina Hingis in 1999.

Simona Halep will work with Patrick Mouratoglou, on a full-time basis. American great Serena Williams has been coached by Mouratoglou since 2012 but has not played since injuring her leg at Wimbledon in June. Halep beat Williams to win Wimbledon in 2019.
