Bayern Munich Striker, Robert Lewandowski has agreed a three-year contract with Barcelona. According to report, the agreement has been in place for months and the only thing left is for both clubs to strike a deal.

Italian Serie A side Empoli have announced the signing of Nigeria International, Tyronne Ebuehi on a permanent deal from Portuguese Club, Benfica. The Italian side confirmed the arrival of the Defender on their social media on Tuesday. According to Empoli, Ebuehi has been handed a three-year contract that will keep him at the Club until June 2025.

Christophe Galtier has been named as the new Coach of Paris Saint-Germain. Galtier, who quit as Coach of Nice in June, replaces Mauricio Pochettino, who was released from his duties earlier on Tuesday. The 55-year-old Frenchman, who guided Lille to the Ligue 1 title in 2021, is PSG’s seventh coach since the Qataris bought the club 11 years ago.

Botswana has gone top of Group C at the ongoing 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. This follows their 4-2 victory over fellow debutants Burundi on Monday. South Africa is in second place after they defeated Nigeria’s Super Falcons 2-1. Both Teams would be back in action on Thursday with Botswana facing Nigeria, while South Africa will battle Burundi. 12PM

Leeds and Burnley have dropped the threat of legal action against Everton and the Premier League. Everton have posted £372m losses over three years, which is above the Premier League allowance of £105m. Both Leeds and Burnley wanted the club's accounts to be independently investigated, but after meeting with the Premier League they were advised that they complied with profit and sustainability rules.

Tottenham Hotspur has signed Brazil forward Richarlison from Everton. The Brazilian Forward scored 10 goals and provided five assists as he helped Everton avoid relegation last season. Overall, he scored 43 goals in 135 league appearances for the Toffees after joining them from Watford in July 2018.

Nick Kyrgios qualified for the third round at Wimbledon. Kyrgios dominated in a 6-2 6-3 6-1 win over Filip Krajinovic.

Nigeria Defender, Tyrone Ebuehi, is set to join Serie A Club, Empoli on a permanent deal. Ebuehi spent last season on loan at another Serie A club, Venezia, from Benfica.
