UK singer Tom Grennan is recovering from an unprovoked attack which left him with injuries. Grennan is said to have been attacked and robbed outside a bar in Manhattan after performing in New York on Wednesday. He has been forced to postpone his gig in Washington DC as a result of the attack.  

Singer and dad of three, Davido, has disclosed he is not single. Davido revealed this his Intagram page during an exchange with his colleague, Peruzzi. The Singer, however, was engaged to Chioma, mother of his son, but unfortunately, they fell apart and called off their engagement.  

American rapper, ASAP Rocky, has been arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department in connection with a shooting that occurred in November 2021. The Department announced that the rapper whose legal name is Rakim Meyers, was arrested for assault with a firearm. The rapper was returning from Barbados with his pregnant girlfriend, Rihanna when the arrest was made.  

Award-winning Nigerian Singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced his North American tour. Davido made this known via his Twitter page while posting a picture of the tour schedule which is set to kick off by June. Hinting on a new album, the Afrobeats Star stated he might preview some of its tracks during the shows.

Nigerian afrobeat singer, Ckay has sold 100,000 units of his new song 'Emiliana' in France. CKay, who has already achieved 2x platinum in France with his global smash hit 'Love Nwantiti,' is on his way to achieving double platinum. After spending nearly thirty weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 with 'Love Nwantiti,' the singer has now received a gold certification in France for his lovely song 'Emiliana.'

Nigerian music star JJC Skillz has disproved reports of a major crisis rocking his marriage. The music veteran's post came hours after it was reported that he had moved out of his home following issues with his wife. His son, Benito said his step mother is not who many people believes she is. He added that he lived in their house for two years and it was a horror.

The concert will see Asa perform her songs alongside a live band and some amazing Nigerian music artistes. It is billed to hold on Sunday, May 8th in Victoria Island, Lagos state.

British model, Naomi Campbell has criticized the Recording Academy for lacking interest in the events. According to her, Wizkid’s #MadeinLagos Album was in the wrong category, serving as misrepresentation and a negligent categorization of music. Campbell maintained that Afrobeats deserved a Grammy category and urged the Recording Academy to establish subcategories as the musical genre merits.
