African Airlines Record 124 per cent Growth in Passenger Traffic

African airlines have recorded a 124 per cent growth in passenger traffic in the past year. According to the International Air Transport Association, at in January 2023, African airlines’ passenger traffic rose by 124 per cent. The Association revealed that January capacity was up 82.5 per cent and load factor climbed 13.9 percentage points to 73.7 per cent, the lowest among regions.
