American Actress Amanda Bynes has been placed on psychiatric hold after she was found walking naked on the street. Bynes was seen alone walking near downtown Los Angeles without any clothes on. The actress reportedly waved down a car and informed the driver that she was coming down from a psychotic episode, and then called 911.
An actor, Paul Grant, who starred in the Star Wars and Harry Potter films, has died. Grant was found collapsed outside King's Cross station in London. The Actor was pronounced dead on Monday, but had been declared brain dead following his collapse.

Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has denied the allegation of spending N3.5 billion on vote buying during the March 18 State Assembly polls. The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in the Ezza North Local Government Area, Peter Nweke, who was allegedly beaten by thugs in Ebonyi State, is dead. The State’s Police Public Relations Officer, Onome Onovwakpoyeya, confirmed his death on Sunday. Nweke reportedly died from injuries he sustained from attacks by hoodlums on Saturday, during the governorship and state Assembly elections.
The European Union, EU, has revealed that at least 21 persons have died from electoral violence. EU Chief Observer, Barry Andrews, stated that there was massive voter apathy, mainly because voters’ expectations were not met during the presidential election. The Nigerian Exchange Limited has sanctioned 16 companies for various market infractions in three years. Specifically, the NGX imposed the sum of N779.5m fine on listed companies on the bourse between 2020 and 2022. Fourteen of the companies were sanctioned N170.6m in 2022, while the NGX imposed N586m monetary sanctions on seven of them in 2021. In 2020, three of the firms were sanctioned N22.9m.
