Suicide Attack in Afghanistan Claim Lives

At six civilians have been killed and several others wounded in a  suicide attack close to Afghanistan’s foreign ministry. According to the spokesman for the interior ministry,  Abdul Takor, the attacker was targeted by Afghan forces but the explosives detonated. Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran said a suicide attacker was identified at a security checkpoint near the ministry. Zadran added that at least three Taliban security force members were among the wounded.

The domestic air transport fares rose by 66.36 per cent in one year. Min Hlaing also accused countries critical of his regime's human rights record of being terror supporters. Man Arrested of Blackmailing Hammond

Reports say a man has been arrested on suspicion of blackmailing TV presenter Alison Hammond. West Midlands police said the 36-year-old was arrested at an address in Warwickshire. It is alleged that the Birmingham-born celebrity had been threatened that lies would be spread about her if she did not co-operate with demands. On Sunday evening, police said the man had been released on conditional bail.

Gunmen Kills Three Personnel of NSCDC in Imo

Reports say yet to be identified gunmen killed three Personnel of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Imo State. According to reports, the murder incident happened at Eke Isu market in Obiangwu Community in Ngor Okpala Local Government Area of the state. It added that the slain security personnel were attacked in the early hours of Monday, noting that security operatives had taken over the community.
