NCDC records 701 cases of cholera

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has recorded 701 suspected cases of cholera and 19 deaths in 2022.
This was contained in a report made available to newsmen yesterday.
According to the report, it is monitoring the epidemiological trends to guide the requests for planned vaccination campaigns for cholera.
It added that the National Rapid Response Team was deployed to support the ongoing outbreak response in Taraba State.
