Enugu Assembly Passes anti-open grazing bill

Enugu State House of Assembly has passed the anti-open grazing bill into law.

Speaking after the passage of the bill, Speaker of the House, Edward Ubosi, said the law is not against anybody or group but for the good of the people of the state.

Ubosi expressed optimism that Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi will not hesitate in accenting the law.

The law was passed after the acceptance of the report of the public hearing by the joint committee of the House.
