Chelsea targets Adarabioyo as replacement for Silva

Chelsea may consider pursuing Fulham’s center-back Tosin Adarabioyo during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Adarabioyo is set to become a free agent at the conclusion of the next month due to his inability to secure a contract extension.
As reported by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea has expressed interest in the terms of a potential deal to acquire the defender due to their need of finding a replacement for Brazilian defender Thiago Silva, who is expected to depart in the summer.
The Nigerian-born player Adarabioyo, made the switch to Fulham from Manchester City three years ago and he boasts experience in the Premier League, having accumulated over 100 appearances in the competition.
Chelsea’s pursuit of Adarabioyo underscores their strategic approach to bolstering their defensive lineup ahead of the upcoming season. As they prepare for the departure of Thiago Silva, the club is actively exploring options to strengthen their backline.
