Newly appointed Super Eagles head coach, Finidi George has said he will need the support of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, and soccer loving Nigerians to succeed on his new assignment.
The 53-year-old’s appointment was confirmed by the NFF on Monday.
Finidi, who expressed his delight with the appointment, promised to give his best to make his stint successful.
The former winger is expected to sign a two-year contract with the NFF.
His immediate task is to ensure the Super Eagles qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Nigerian high-life artist, Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour, has boasted that he is in a league of his own in the music industry. According to the ‘Nabania’ crooner, he has no competitor. Flavour said his hit songs, live performance and diversity are what make him stand out.
