FG unveils app to track govt. deliverables, performances

The Federal Government has introduced the enhanced Citizens’ Delivery Tracker App, allowing citizens to monitor ministry deliverables and key performance indicators. Hadiza Usman, the President’s Special Adviser on Policy and Coordination, unveiled the app in Abuja on Monday.
Usman emphasized the Bola Tinubu administration’s commitment to citizen involvement in government tracking processes, stating that the app aligns with this promise. She explained that the app’s development involved extensive consultations with ministers and technical teams over six weeks to establish deliverables and KPIs.
The Citizens’ Delivery Tracker App enables citizens to access government priority programs and projects on their devices. Additionally, the Central Delivery Coordination Unit has introduced a Delivery Reporting Framework to evaluate ministries’ performance using international standards and benchmarks.
