Nollywood actress Nancy Isime has explained the reason for her recent massive weight loss.
The actress revealed that she gained weight in order to prepare for a 2022 film part. She had intended to lose the weight in two weeks, but it took her more than a year to do so.
She stated on Instagram, “I’m not gonna lie, choosing to gain weight for a role in 2022 and then immediately reduce it was a lot more difficult than I anticipated it to be. It took me far longer and far too much work to lose the weight.
She is glad to have reached my goal weight of at least 3 kg and to be back at my healthiest weight. We exceeded my target, which was to beat my 2020 No Sugar July Challenge results.
