NLC to Embark on Strike Over naira Crunch.

The Nigeria Labor Congress, NLC, has announced plans to embark on nationwide strike over the naira crunch plaguing the country.

In an interview with Boss Radio News, NLC President, Joe Ajaero, said the strike action comes as a result of the Federal government’s inability to address the issue.

Ajaero further outlined major reasons for the agitation by the labor union.

Quadri Ranks No 13 in the International Table Tennis Federation

Africa’s top-ranked table tennis star, Aruna Quadri, moved up one spot from 14th to 13th in the latest International Table Tennis Federation World Rankings. This comes after Quadri’s quarter-final finish at the just-concluded WTT Singapore Smash, where he became the first African to reach the quarter-finals. His performance in Singapore saw him earn 350 ranking points for a total of 2005 for the month of March.
