Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo has announced a 10% salary increment for state public work force effective January 2023.
Soludo made the announcement during the 2022 Public Service Day, in Awka, the state capital.
He stated that N15,000 Christmas bonus will be given across board to enable workers buy some food stuff for their families.
The Governor maintained that the state will never be run by criminals as he is flushing them out and dismantling their operations.
Rivers State Police Command has stated that the ban on the use of fireworks before, during, and after Christmas and New Year celebrations is still in force.
