Obasanjo Endorse Devolution of Powers

Former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo has endorsed devolution of powers and called for sincerity, unity, decency, and diligence on issues.

Obasanjo disclosed this when he hosted the leaders of the Yoruba Council of Elders,  led by Ajibade Oyekan.

The Former President, however, stressed that education without required skills for empowerment and employment would not bring desired results.
