IGP Decorates Newly Promoted Officers

The Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba, has decorated 56 newly-promoted Senior Police Officers.

Baba who was represented by the Deputy Inspector General, Sanusi Lemu, disclosed that a total of 465 officers were promoted to various ranks.

Lemu stressed that promotion is a critical administrative instrument for elevating and repositioning competent personnel towards the attainment of critical internal security mandate.
