Bus Fire in Pakistan Claim Lives

A bus carrying nearly 50 people displaced by floods in Pakistan has caught fire, killing at least 18 of them.

The incident took place on the Karachi-Hyderabad highway near the industrial town of Nooriabad.

The passengers were all members of an extended family who were forced to shift to Karachi after the floods submerged their homes in Khairpur Nathan Shah in Dadu district of Sindh province.

Local police officer, Hashim Brohi said an investigation was under way.
