Buhari Calls for Debt Remittance of Gulf of Guinea Commission

President Muhammmadu Buhari has called for debt remittances by member of Gulf of Guinea Commission.

Buhari made the appeal at a meeting involving member-states of the Gulf of Guinea Commission, GGC, on Thursday.

The president claimed that the continued non-payment of their outstanding Annual Assessed Contributions to the Secretariat by the majority has greatly affected the ability of the Commission to fulfill its mandate.
