NDLEA Seizes 1,855kg of Illicit Drugs.

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has seized 1,855 kilograms of illicit drug, worth more than $278, 250,000.

Spokesman of the Agency, Femi Babafemi, revealed that this was the highest cocaine seizure in Nigeria’s history.

Babafemi noted that four barons, including a Jamaican and the warehouse manager, were arrested in an intelligence-led operation that lasted two days across different locations in Lagos state.

The Spokesman added that are all members of an international drug syndicate the NDLEA has been trailing since 2018.
