Court Adjourns Suit Against ASUU

The National Industrial Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned the case between the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.

The presiding Judge, Polycarp Hamman adjourned the matter to September 16, 2022.

Justice Hamman noted that the adjournment is to enable both Parties to file the necessary papers for the suit.

Recall that the Federal Government had approached the Court requesting an order for ASUU to call off its strike.
