Nigerian music star Ice Prince Zamani has been remanded in prison following the absence of the witness in his case.
During his trial on Wednesday, the prosecution’s lawyer asked the court to adjourn the case, citing the absence of his two witnesses.
However, Zamani’s lawyer Folarin Dalmenida presented two sureties to the court.
The rapper was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
Nick Kyrgios has been given the biggest fine of the US Open for his behavior in his quarter-final defeat by Karen Khachanov. Kyrgios was fined $14,000 after throwing a drinks bottle to the ground and then smashing two racquets at the end of the match. The total of his fines in New York for offences including spitting and swearing was $32,500.
